I may never drink anything out of a can again.

The following is the most disturbing sentence in the history of the English language:

"The animal was lacking internal organs normally found in the abdominal and thoracic cavity," the report notes.

Oh, and...

"Di...

"...et...

"Pepsi."

Yeah, I saw that on CNN.com and immediately started peering in my Dr. Pepper can to make sure it was just liquid in there.

EW times about a thousand. Can't wait to hear what transpires from this.

NO PERIOD IN DR PEPPER! :D

As I just IMed to BYH: I will now pour out all my sodas into glasses. and shake them to listen for "ribbit"

Can you imagine if you were married?

"Honey did you hear a ribbit there?"
"No IJAG that's just fizz."
"Are you sure? I think I might have heard Kermit's death rattle."
"I'm sleeping in the car, you crazy *****."

If I ever gain any musical talent, and/or start a band, I'm SO calling it "Kermit's Death Rattle."

Let's see, on the journalism topics thread, there's a story of an accused criminal eating feces out of his colostomy bag in the courtroom.

In this thread, there's a dead frog in a Pepsi can.

I wonder what disgusting topic is on the Anything Goes thread ....

I'm calling "scam" on this one. I'm not buying Coke or Pepsi not having something in place in their production facilities that makes this virtually impossible.

That was my first thought, just like the "finger" in the french fries at wherever (Wendy's?).

Scam.

It seems like a decent percentage of these stories wind up being bull****.

That whole finger found in Wendy's Chili story comes to mind.

That's why I'm glad I drink Mountain Dew. All of the caffeine and sugar in there would have broken the toad completely down and I would have never noticed. :D

Well, the finger you could drop in yourself. How do you plan on getting a whole frog into a can of Pepsi?

You could fill an empty Pepsi can with water and drop a baby frog (tadpole?) in and feed it while it gets bigger. Then after it grows, dump out the water and fill it Pepsi. Contact a lawyer and voila! Millions.

It's like building a ship in a bottle. You drop the toad pieces in, then piece them back together.

But you have to gut it too!

And to think I was a little upset that a 2-liter I bought yesterday had an April 20, 2009 expiration date.
