Ok, the yammerheads have cost us our Trump thread fix, but I just *had* to post this somewhere. Mods, have mercy and leave it up a little while. You don't get idiocy of this quality often. Not from other people, anyway.

More confused thinking, courtesy of the esteemed fascist senator from Arkansas ...

This is what Sen. Tom Cotton sent to constituents who
contacted his office to criticize his policy stances and deceitful conduct.

Well, you COULD have posted it on the politics thread. I opened it last night after I got home from work - amazed it has been almost 20 hours and no one posted on it yet.

Go ahead and post it there and let the discussion take off and hopefully stay somewhat sane. I'll leave this one open for a little while because I'm not really a ****. I just play one sometimes.

That is some top-level bull**** from Ol' Tom Cotton.

Don't talk to me! Don't even look at me!

Mom, my constituents keep looking at me!

Cotton was on Tony Kornheiser's show six or eight months ago. He sounded like a reasonable guy then.

If someone is abusing a staffer, I don't have a problem with it. I do give Cotton some points on his reply to Lindsey Graham calling him the Senate's Steve King for his hardline immigration stance.

"At least Steve King can win an election in Iowa," Cotton said. Ouch.

As for the defense of the person "ceased and desisted" - I'm sure she very well knows that "I don't recall" in DC means "you're goddam right I did it and I'd do it again too!"
