This song has been on the radio about 60 million times lately.

Is the video worth seeing? I'd have to download it.

They just came out with a new one for it. It's ok, but I wouldn't cross the road to watch it.

The Fray really takes their time with their singles. They've had two this year -- this one and the equally ubitquious Over My Head (Cable Car). I like both, particularly Over My Head, and it's a testament to their ability to saturate the airwaves with a GOOD song.

Any talk of gold-plated standards that DOESN'T include "Take On Me" is crazy.

You hear that, Shottie?? :D

I thought this was about something else. Like, how to save an SportsJournalists.com troll from drowning -- take your foot off his head.

Agreed. A video like that could now probably be done in a single afternoon by someone taking media studies in high school. For 1985, though, it was absolutely revolutionary. And it still stands up today.

The one true manlaw of music is that if somebody puts out some good, catchy pop, somebody else is going to come along and say it sucks. ;)

This response sucks almost as much as the Fray.

Because of this thread, I woke up this morning with this song stuck in my head.
