I'm glad Oklahoma politicians are addressing society's biggest problems.
 
They need a bill in Boca that men over 65 can't wear their pants more than 2 inches above their waist

I know open carry is illegal in California.

As for the hoodies, if the article says it's a law, OK, but that's the least enforced law in the history of laws.
 
Yeah, it was the hoodie part to which I was referring.

The OK law (which is proposed) is one of those grandstanding things. It's not illegal to wear them, it's illegal to wear them while committing a crime (or attempting to commit one).

I recall years ago in SC they created a law levying a tax on cocaine, and they actually printed up tax stamps. Of course it was illegal to have, convey, etc. cocaine ... but this added an extra penalty if you did it without paying your taxes.
 
What should be illegal (at least in California) are tank tops for women. Nobody who should wear them ever wears them.
