Pretty sure we hit this up on one of the informal SJ outings in the city years ago. Perhaps someone can remind me of the details.

Pretty sure its imminent demise was also mentioned in another thread on here, but didn't have success digging it up.

Yes. followed its demise. It was a convenient place up the steps from the No. 4 express stop, especially when I lived on the East Side. It was the kind of place you visit 60 times but never for more than 20 minutes. Eclectic crowd.

Last I heard they were attempting to open at a new location.

Subway Inn has re-opened at the corner of 60th and 2nd. It's where the Blue Room used to be.
