Including vacations/sick days/etc. you only get paid for 365 days of work. Today would make the 366th day, meaning you're working and not getting paid.

Why do we have a calendar where 7 months have 31 days, 4 have 30 and 1 has 28 days? Wouldn't it be easier to give Feb.30 days, then have 7 months with 30 days, 5 months with 31 days and every four years have a sixth month with 31 days?
