I just recall when he played softball for us. He hit a grounder to short and someone yelled, "Run, Forrest!" "Gump" had just come out, and when I saw the movie and Gump starts playing football, I laughed uncontrollably.
 
What base did he run to?


And I'm certain I can guess the sensitive soul who yelled.... a copy editor, perhaps?
