I don't know if this helps, bit I don't think there is such a thing as a plural for wallpaper. A room is done in wallpaper. Wallpaper is done in strips or sheets. Much like loose leaf paper in a binder. It is paper. They are sheets of paper.

If you're talking about the stuff on walls: No plural.

If you're talking about the background on your computer desktop: You can pluralize it.
