Showing outside footage now. Lots of damage just outside the Dome, doesn't seem to be stopping the smokers from lighting up though.

Isn't the Superdome teflon as well?

Strange that this is happening here, a couple miles from where I live.
I was standing right in front of the Superdome on Tuesday, remembering all the footage I saw on TV during Katrina and trying to recreate in images of what it looked like where I was standing.
