For this to be a felony is truly absurd. He went there to pay the towing fee, no one was there, so he pushed the button and opened the gate to get his girlfriend's car. Then he waited for police.

I heard the Florida arrest numbers yesterday in relation to this story, and was surprised; at BG, Meyer kicked kids off the team for looking at him wrong.

Bigger stakes, etc. etc., I know. Still sort of surprising.

The state's attorney's office has dropped charges since the victim said he wasn't victimized.
Joiner will travel and play Saturday.
