815 million? What is going on there? I think this is their big move to kill the print edition. Buy an entity that big and go all digital and EVERYBODY will follow. There's bound to be big money made in keeping the Tribune assets; land, buildings, etc., and kill the nasty print edition once and for all with ALL to follow. If the chicago tribune goes all digital it's over folks and we know Gannett is out only for itself. We KNOW that. Worst company by far in America.
