Flash Help

I'm building a flash file for a web site I'm developing. I desperately need help learning Flash. I've never used it before. I'm building the site with dreamweaver, which I'm learning, too, but it's much easier than building a flash project. If anyone can help me, PLEASE PM me.

I can normally pick up programs pretty quickly, but this one is giving me headaches.

When I do flash, I can normally pick up guys pretty quickly, but I've got a headache right now, so I'm going keep the puppies under wraps.
