Firefox extension updates/Firefox Gmail trouble

I have many of the same Firefox extensions on my work computer as I have on my home computer. But I've noticed that my work computer gets certain extension updates up to five or six days before the updates on the same extensions show up on my home computer. It doesn't seem logical. Has anybody else had this experience and/or can you explain this?

Bumping to see if anybody else has had the above extension issue.

Also, I've been unable to get into my Gmail the last three hours using Firefox, but I can get to it through Netscape. Anybody else having this trouble?

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing regarding updates. I'm not having the Gmail problem.
