Researchers from the Cancer Council of Victoria found that men who masturbated more than five times each week were one-third less likely to develop the cancer.

Well, I know what I'm doing during my lunch break.

I've had more than one private physician relay this information to me, without prompting. Have fun -- but I was surprised at such frankness, until I had a moment to reflect, and came to the conclusion that this mode of "preventive
medicine" made a world of sense.

If my math is correct, I'm two-thirds less likely to develop the cancer.

If mine is correct I'm 100% safe, but I may go blind.

Where do you find time to work?

I was coachin' in Omaha in 1948 and Eddie Shore sends me this guy who was a terrible masturbator, you know, couldn't control himself. Why, he would get deliberate penalties so he could get over in the penalty box all by himself and damned if he wouldn't... you know...

And sex wouldn't?

Now that's a good point. What if you were getting it as often as, say, a serial self-lover? In that case, shouldn't a guy like Ron Jeremy be immune from this disease?

From the story:

Sexual intercourse may not have the same effect because it increases the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted disease, which could raise the risk of cancer, the Web site reported.

And let's be honest: Are you more likely to, um, take matters into your hands five times a week, or have sex with a living, breathing human being five times a week?

If you're in an actual real-life relationship and not having sex five times a week? Then I feel terrible for you.

Then you should have felt terrible for me in BOTH my marriages, cause after the first month or two, I was lucky to get "lucky" once a week. If that.

And believe me, that becomes the case for a large majority of men in long-term relationships or marriages.

Now on the rack at your local clinic, next to the aged Sports Illustrateds:

I now, however, have a perfect excuse for why my future girlfriend should give it up more often.

"C'mon, sweetie. With this and some self-love, I might live to be 100."

Sorry, was that a typo? Did you mean a month?

"Honey, the doctor recommends we add the Hustler channel to our DirecTV package."

Yawn...

Dammit, put a link on that, not the actual photo. C'mon man!
