Really? I had no idea. I thought Mo had given up walk-offs at Yankee Stadium. In the top of the 9th or 10th or 12th. The team that hit it was so happy it left the field and the umpires were so shocked they declared the game over.

Because it's slang. Game-ending or Game-winning is way more appropriate.
