My wife's laptop had that, I did a Google search for the name of the program/security message it kept telling you to download and found 1,000s of people bitching about it. An up-to-date McAfee let it right through and wouldn't remove it. However downloading and installing Malwarebytes free anti-Malware program got rid of it. You can get it at: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
