Whiny, woe-is-me quotes like this make me think Chuckie's going to the NFL next year. He's already greasing the skids by saying how tough it is for widdle Charlie at ND.

And Charlie, maybe people wouldn't judge you and ND on what they see on TV if you would, you know, deal with people on a decent basis. You want people to utter one word to you? It goes both ways, you elitist, doors-are-wide-open-to-ESPN-everyone-else-can-jump-in-a-lake ****.

Weis, and/or his agent, aren't that dumb. When Chuckles wants to leave, Chuckles will leave. It will cost him some scratch, but not $15 mill. Now undoubtedly it would cost ND $15 mill to FIRE Weis, but it don't work the other direction.

Aside from the fact that Parcells has done a lot more than Weis... Parcells has never given a **** what anyone else thinks. And he may be the most miserable human alive, even if he is less miserable than he used to be. Weis isn't like him. He cares enough to try to polish his image and court public opinion.
