The problem is that ASG just means you've had a great 1st half. Just last year, Heliot Ramos got hot and was sitting nicely at the AS break and then had a 0.1 WAR 2nd half (guessing). Was he really an AS? I'm sure that Delgado did the reverse of that many times.

Loved Delgado as a Met. Didn’t view him as a Hall guy at the time. But I felt the same about Billy Wagner. So what do I know?
