I knew this indictment couldn't be all good news.

So....Why now? If they were waiting to see if Greg Anderson would fold, and he supposedly didn't, what are they basing the indictment on? Did Anderson finally flip, or did they decide to just go with what they had?

Maybe somebody else flipped. What are the chances that Anderson was the only one who had the information they wanted?

I have a feeling they had enough to begin with. I don't think it was a matter of waiting for Anderson or Conte to flip, but I think they were just trying to get more, more, more. Not only put the nail in the coffin but to seal it with duct tape.

I have a feeling they had enough to begin with. I don't think it was a matter of waiting for Anderson or Conte to flip, but I think they were just trying to get more, more, more. Not only put the nail in the coffin but to seal it with duct tape.

Why would Conte flip? He already served time. Anderson went to jail instead of testifying.

I know y'all have a hard-on for Conte here, but he wasn't holding up this indictment, that's for sure.

Conte's already pleaded and served his time. I don't see what Barry would have on him that hasn't already come out. I know Conte's an unpleasant soul (and no doubt still at work with his chemistry set), but I don't see that he plays into this case much.
