Seems like it's not a very good idea. At least this time of year. UF-G-town canceled at half. Syracuse postponed already, and another in Charleston canceled. Guessing we won't be seeing much of this in the future.

I just hope I get to see Syracuse on Sunday when I'm off. I wish I could be there but it's across the country and the cheapest tickets were $500. Soooooo that counts me out.

It also helps when you play it in San Diego, with the dry air, like they did last year. Play it in the Southeast and odds are considerably better that you're gonna get some precipitation/condensation issues.

Put the back of the end zone right up against the end of the runway on a carrier. It could rival the brick wall at Wrigley for Illinois-Northwestern for bragging rights as sports' biggest hazard.

These type of games are not going away. Every story I've read tonight, on the cancellation in Charleston and Mayport, is that they're going to schedule them again next year. That was coming from city officials, the schools and the Navy.

That'd be awesome. There'd be more than enough clearance in a C-5, right? Might be hard to sell tickets and rig up a way to broadcast the game, but it'd still be awesome.
