ASSISTANT SPORTS EDITOR sought for Wilkes Journal-Patriot, community newspaper published three days a week in North Wilkesboro, N.C. Responsibilities include covering high school sports, sports features, other sports events (writing and photography), plus building pages with InDesign. Need sound writing skills, enjoy high school sports and be able to work well independently and as part of a team with sports editor and stringers.
