Arizona Senate President getting the boot

Arizona State Sen. Russell Pearce, who was the firebrand behind the anti-illegal immigration efforts in the state, is losing his recall race to another GOP challenger is their suburban Phoenix district. Very interesting race, since both Pearce and his challenger are Mormon, and the LDS Church has adopted a moderate position toward immigration.
