The murdered teacher episode. Anyone know the name of the REM song played during the closing resolution scene? Somethig about "To go it alone" or somethig like that.

Couldn't catch the credits and figure the S.J.com search engine can give me an answer faster than anyplace else. I like REM's music but I'm not overly familiar with it.

Thanks in advance. Good music on that show.

A quick google search suggests it's likely "Half A World Away."

From the album Out of Time, which is greatly improved when I delete Shiny Happy People from the playback. Liked the video, tho.

"Cold Case" has never held my interest. Now "Criminal Minds," that's a show.

If I had to do it over again, I would have gone to school and gotten a degree in behavioral science.

Did not see Cold Case tonight (Red Sox-Angeks, local bar, etc. ) but damn, I love Kathryn Morris.

Agree about Criminal Minds -- fascinating show.

You and me both. I'd love to be an FBI profiler.

Cold Case is less about the crime plot and more about the scene they set with flashbacks, period clothing/hair and especially the music. They always nail the music.

Isn't about half of CBS' programming from Bruckheimer?
--CSI
--CSI: Miami
--CSI: New York
--Cold Case
--Without a Trace
--Eleventh Hour
--Criminal Minds?

That's a Quinn Martin-type run.

Never saw Eleventh Hour. What's that about? Don't want to google it.

All I know is MAD TV's parody of this show was one of the funniest things I've ever seen and heard on mainstream TV.

Got a link for that, Double J?

I watched Cold Case for a few years but it got old to me. Kinda surprised it's still going, but it does have 60 Minutes as a lead-in, right?

In case you ever wanted to know just about every song that's ever been on Cold Case ...

Nope, Cold Case is on at 9(ish), and in the fall it is preceded by The Amazing Race.
