Anyone else getting crushed by Russian spam?

My work inbox seems to be overwhelmed by spam that is completely in Russian - I mean 50+ a day anymore. In my personal e-mail, there are only a handful of them (and Gmail does a good job of filtering that stuff anyway).

But if the whole point of spam is to get me to send money somewhere, shouldn't I at least be able to tell what I'm sending and what I'm supposed to get in return (haha)? I can't read a word of Russian, except for CCCP, which is retro these days anyway.
