I know it's politics-related. But from a journalism standpoint, can we have a separate thread to bask in the glory that is Ryan Lizza's just-posted New Yorker story.

Anthony Scaramucci Called Me to Unload About White House Leakers, Reince Priebus, and Steve Bannon

"Scaramucci also told me that, unlike other senior officials, he had no interest in media attention. 'I’m not Steve Bannon, I’m not trying to suck my own ****,' he said, speaking of Trump’s chief strategist. 'I’m not trying to build my own brand off the ****ing strength of the President. I’m here to serve the country.' (Bannon declined to comment.)"

Every time I hear Scaramucci's name, I can't help but think of this guy. I kind of want to imagine him inviting the Trump administration outcasts to a private island retreat in Thailand.

Politics has always been a dirty, dirty business. Maybe it's good for us to be able to clearly see how dirty it actually is.

Peter King says fuhgetaboutit, I've worked with Scaramuccis all my life.

He broke his neck trying to suck his own ****.

His balls were touching his lips.

He almost made it.

AP story asks how print/broadcast journalists are quoting the profanity:

NEW YORK (AP) — White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci offered newsroom leaders a test on Thursday. They needed to decide whether to fully use the obscenities relied on by Scaramucci to describe fellow White House aides or talk around them.
Scaramucci made the comments about White House chief of staff Reince Priebus and chief strategist Steve Bannon in a phone conversation with Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker. The magazine's website published a full account of the conversation.
The New York Times and Washington Post quoted Scaramucci, vulgar terms and all. Television networks avoided using the word onscreen or out of their anchors' mouths.

We'll be using the vanilla AP story at my shop, but the 20 percent of our readers who are younger than 80 and/or have a computer can certainly find the full New Yorker story.

This is what the Trump****s voted for. They wanted an end to political correctness.

Of all the things that make this amazing, the idea that it all comes out in the New Yorker of all places is not last.
