I think it was more of a problem with the brewing process...the folks in Bama didn't like it RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!
 
But put a beer with the Stars & Bars on it or use slag terms for other ethnic groups in the name, and you would be good to go I bet!

I think they would have gotten the go-ahead if they had put the words "Les Miles is a" in front of the name

Dirty ******* is a pretty good Scotch Ale. It's not my favorite by Founders, but a good beer nonetheless.
