On CNN right now live.

Here's a link to a Denver TV station.

What if he gets close to a mountain or building and smashes into it? Will CNN show that?

This youngest-to-circumnavigate-the-globe stuff is getting ridiculous.

/too soon?

Live video if you don't have CNN...

NORAD is close by. Do they send out some kind of plane with a parachuter or something?

If a parachuter hits that thing it'll probably fall apart. It's nothing but plywood according to the story.

I don't see how they can hope to land that thing safely.

When I walked into a room with the TV on, I first assumed that it was one of those kids setting a record. But this is horrible.

If it's helium, that thing will stay up there for a long time. Pray that the cold Colorado air will force it back down.

I'd worry about air currents from a helicopter or other aircraft causing this thing to crash.

Geez, that thing is really moving fast.

On television, the broadcaster said the balloon will come down when air is released or when it gets colder. I don't understand what the temperature has to do with it, but he will come down tonight.

This is unreal.

Kid is either having a blast, or scarred ****less.

I'm guessing it started with a blast but is well into scared ****less by now.
