I like No. 16: Throw a flag for unsportsmanlike whining. That "flag motion" receivers make ought to carry a 15 yard penalty.

51. You didn't shock the world.
52. If god helped you why did god hate your opponent.

54. End the multiple alphabet organizations in boxing.

55. Start at least one World Series game in daytime.

56. Outlaw sack dances and other defensive celebrations if your team is down by 14 points or more

Allow them, but while they are in progress, all personal foul rules against the opponents are completely void.

* Electronic ball-strike indicators in Major League Baseball, similar to how tennis uses the fault call. I'm sick of "special" pitchers and large-market teams getting larger strike zones.

* A taunting penalty for every player who hovers over a prone player after a tackle. You're ****ing paid to tackle. Stop acting like you made a tremendous play.

* After the final day of the NFL, re-seed the teams based on record. It's idiotic that a 12-4 team has to travel to play an 8-7-1 team on the road.

* Reorganize all major colleges into conferences of 16 teams, with two divisions of 8 teams each -- based on geography (insomuch as some conference may come up short). Each division winner plays for the conference title. Each conference champion makes the bowl tournament to determine the nation champion.

* Get rid of the AP poll. I'm tired of unranked teams remaining unranked after defeating a top-15 team, while the top-15 team rarely moves down. AP writers are biased, and for the most part, stupid.

* No more high school sports on national television. These kids are under enough pressure, without exploiting them to the world.

* Private schools in every state must compete in their own private leagues and state tournaments. Sick of seeing small-town Podunk dominate until making the regional or state tournament, only to be thrashed by a private school that recruits players.

* Instant replay should be used more extensively in all major sports. Too many biased and stupid officials.

That's just a few off the top of my head.

24. No Viagara/Cialis commercials may air before 9 p.m.

This really needs to be a rule. I'd like to be able to watch a football game with my 10-year-old without her asking me those types of questions.

49. Ignore those who disparage soccer as a sport that's too slow or too Eurocentric. It's a World Cup year, Americans. Watch until you get it.

The first part of this one is just fine. The second part? **** you. Plenty of Americans get soccer and still don't like it. Suggesting that they don't like it only because they don't understand it properly is rude, arrogant and flat-out wrong.
