Ella Langley is now a World Cup hero. And I think her German sales are about to go through the roof.





Also, their flight was canceled and they were gonna miss the German game, but I think somebody in private air came through with a plane for them.

Netjets, Delta and American Airlines reached out. So did the Governor of Utah for some reason. But JJ Watt worked with AA to get him en route.

Since I don’t follow soccer how in the hell did Italy fail to qualify?

UEFA qualifying was groups of five or six, winners go through, second place goes into playoffs. Italy was in the same group with Norway, which handed them their ass. To get a playoff spot, Italy then had to win two heads-up playoff games. The second of those, randomly drawn away to Bosnia, they botched. Four years previous, they finished second in the group to the Swiss and botched a home playoff game to North Macedonia, and they missed 2018 after they finished second in the group to Spain and lost a two-legged playoff against Sweden.

Nope, if the result holds, U.S.-Türkiye next Thursday is a dead rubber. It should be a JV game for the Yanks.
