2007 Dallas SJ outing (Canceled)

It seems the original host of the 2007 SJ gathering/meet-and-greet/convention/drunkfest/baseball trip has gone MIA. I've volunteered to fill in since I have family in the Metroplex and know my way around the city.

That said, if anybody in Northern Texas would like to help with this please PM me.

It needs to be after May 12. That's the last day of state high school championships for golf, tennis and track in Austin. The baseball and softball playoffs will still be going on, but those don't require as much attention. The state track meet is one of the biggest gatherings of journalists around.

The dates were mid-July, IIRC. Wouldn't know which ones for sure, because I never planned on going.

Right now, I'm looking at June 8-10 (Brewers), July 6-8 (Baltimore) or July 20-22 (Cleveland).

June 22-24 was an option, until I realized APSE national was that weekend.
