That is that guy's "bit," and he isn't the first UFC fighter to use it to get attention. Colby Covington was a MAGA guy to appeal to that base until he wasn't invited to fight at the White House.

But it being a bit does not excuse it.

If they are an asshole, are insistent on being an asshole, and try to spin it and blame you for saying he's an asshole, why associate with this person?
