Which group is better at overreacting and making blanket statements?

you know, abcnbcespn, i eat the **** out of beef, chicken and pork. but since watching my daughter make the choice she's made, i can see how vegetarians get sick and tired of any person having an opinion about the choice they made about how they live their lives. seems as tho every non-veg wants to throw in their "super important" POV on the subject.
just being the father of one, it gets tiring.

well, it's enough. for my kid it's every time she goes to either one of her grandmothers' houses. or in-between doubleheaders at softball. it gets to a point to where, if i were her, i'd be like: "yeah, mother ****er, i'm a vegetarian. how does that impact your ****ty ****ing life?"

I've been everywhere, man. Including Mexico. It's very common to sprinkle a small amount of cheese onto the beans.

Yep, she has left her house every day for the last 13 years. ::)

On the one day every 2-3 weeks when she doesn't step foot out of her house, then yes, she gets a days off from the eye rolling and other BS. However, when she was sick and didn't leave for 5 days, I took the eye-rolling for her when I went out to get food. Every day at school (junior high, high school and college) and every day at work (an overlap with college) it does happen. There is eye rolling while she eats lunch with the same people she has eaten lunch with every work day for four years. Not to mention every family gathering. One side of her family to this day will say something to her, thinking they are being funny. It just stopped being funny a long time ago. And it's so disrespectful. Does someone roll their eyes every time a meat-eater asks for the dressing on the side? Or if you ask for no almonds on top? Or to hold the tomatoes? Easy on the cheese? She is exercising the same right and gets looks and words and shrugs. She is not even a vegan. She eats dairy.

My experience has shown that meat-eaters in general are far worse at putting their food habits out on vegetarians than vegetarians are at putting their food habits out on meat-eaters.

Now, I am off to find something else out there that I am not thankful for. There has got to be something else ....
