this team is fabulous to watch and has developed to a point where they are clearly a better footballing nation than the US.

Wow. I guess the Aussies will truly be a fantastic footballing nation when they actually, someday find a way to beat us.

They had their moments, especially early. But they never led, got whipped by two goals, Alex Morgan hardly played, and AW (who has clearly slowed) missed on two headers she should have buried. I guess we were just lucky to escape the Australian machine.

Not gonna play the "USA! USA!" card, but geez, show some class when you get schooled.

Watched the game. Australia played gutsy the way the Cavs are playing gutsy.

Only problem is Australia has a weak attack and little creativity on counters.
