27 for 27 - I like it because it is challenging, but only takes a few minutes. Wouldn't mind it if they added an optional clock feature and computed your average guess. I did the math and I'm at 3.88. I think anything over 4.5 is the Mendoza Line.

Yeah, fun way to BS with my wife in the morning or evening depending on when we both finish it. My 9-year-old tries as well, so that's cool. He's learned some words he's never seen.

But people need to ****ing stop posting the colored blocks on their social media. IDGAF that much.

A timer would make it more challenging.

Wordle is an easy game that people think is hard. I am 49 for 49. A couple times I really thought about it for awhile. I went way past what would be a good amount on the clock.

There's also an archive where you can play all the games from the past. I’ve missed a few of those because I don’t try as hard.

There was one a week or two ago where I had sta?e after the second guess. I missed it because there were too many words that fit and I couldn’t guess it in time. Only one I’ve missed out of 40 tries.

I don't know if I'm more proud of a 3, or a 4 or 5 when you get nothing from the first word. I'm a random first word guesser for whatever reason. Had a 3 today with an opening guess of Manor.

There are a bunch of variations popping up like quordle, which is guessing 4 words at once. I found one that was like a crossword with three words across and three down in a square with two words intersecting in the middle. All the letters are in the puzzle, but show up highlighted just as in Wordle. You swap letters to find the solution and you have a limited number of swaps. But I cannot find it again.

I’ve played every day since just before New Years. After the first try, when I didn’t understand the rules, I have solved it every day, with only 3 times going to the 6th try. Until today.

Today was tough. I had three letters in place after three guesses and got it in 6. Was down to two options and got lucky and picked the right one. Then thought of 3-4 more options. My sister, who never misses, missed.

I don't play on hard mode, so, my 90-game streak is intact. My friends that do, though, they're mostly wiped out. Usually, if I don't get the word on my second guess, I'm just trying to eliminate as many letters as possible with my other guesses - even if I'm giving up green spaces to do it.
