The ABC affiliate here will show "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" at 8 (Central).

VH1 Classic at 7 will air "The Rutles: All You Need is Cash."

I'm sure there's more. Feel free to post your viewing favorites tonight.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the showing of the Rutles, I am headed to the banks of the Mississippi, although they will be closed (the Baby Boomers should get the joke).

GSN is having a Chuck Barris marathon tonight from 8-11 pm: The Gong Show, The Newlywed Game, and The Dating Game (with Steve Martin!)

If they only would have a Peter Tomarken marathon. PYL, PYL, PYL. Show the Michael Larson episode(s), even.

Well, I have to work. >:(

So I'll be watching You, Me and Dupree for movie night.

Just to clarify, it's the Jim Carey version, not the cartoon version (well if it's like it is here anyway).

Oh and to add to the list: Detroit Red Wings vs. Toronto Maple Leafs, an Original Six battle that happens maybe once a year.

Lifetime's got some cheesy Christmas show with Tim Matheson and Melissa Gilbert (she of "Little House on the Prairie" fame).

And yes, I'd totally tag her.

You'd have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to.

Yes, they're probably fake and yes, she's probably augmented elsewhere. It's OK. Plus having been with Rob Lowe you know she's into recording the whole thing for posterity's sake.

But would you make her call you "Willie"?

*shudders* ugh.

If they play Matchgame when Brian Billick (yes, the Ravens coach) is a contestant, I urge you to watch it. He struck out in the worst way. Rayburn and the panel is ruthless.

I was the last person in America to get a DVD player/recorder, so I had ample practice with a VCR. I just didn't have HBO at the time she promised to record "The Sopranos" for me.

Still waiting, Luggies ... :P
