BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Two decomposed bodies sealed in steel barrels were found late Friday on the property of a rural Monroe County man who faces a preliminary murder charge, police said.

Jerry E. Pelfree (pictured) was being held Saturday evening in Monroe County Jail without bond.

This is a rural part of Indiana, mind you, where one of this dude's neighbors killed an elderly census worker in 2000 ... with their guard dogs.

I'm beginning to think the most dangerous thing I've ever done in my life was pull off the side of the road in rural Monroe County during an anniversary trip with my wife for a quickie on an abandoned Monon railroad enbankment.

Perhaps my skillful sexing was what drove this guy over the edge, he knew he could not measure up.
