Just saw the video. She had no idea how to set her feet in the blocks or even take her marks. She was lucky to make it the entire distance without calling a Lyft.

Don't know if anyone but me is watching the track and field world championships, but Sha'Carri Richardson ran the race of her life today, coming from behind and running down the Jamaicans to win the women's 100 in a meet-record 10.65.



Richardson has had her issues, but she clearly had her head on straight today. And her reaction to the victory was priceless.
