Apparently, this remake did not have what it took for the original to survive. No surprise here.

Seriously. On this board, I completely thought something had gone horrifically wrong in Anaheim. Or Los Angeles. Whatever.

(this news was on the new shows thread, too, but I'm not anti-separate thread on it.)

Sadly, it took an executive making 6- or 7-figures to decide what most of us already knew about the show.

He'll fit in quite nicely at Gannett.

So what was the problem? Bad acting? Stupid scripts? Dumb direction?

Are those really problems in the world of Charlie's Angels?

I am sure there'll be another movie version in a few years.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a Cinemax cable series.

They all had their moments from episode to episode, but Farrah was the undeniable leader of the pack's hotness.

I watched one episode of this reboot version, just for kicks. Couldn't believe how bad the writing was. And they were playing it straight without any camp factor. It was absurd. The old show didn't try to take itself so serious.

Alas, someone else will have to find a vehicle for Minka's hot, wooden acting.

Damn. That's some serious heat, right there.

Two out of three, anyway.

The only thing wrong with Kate Jackson is she hooked up with two girls that were better-looking than her. No disgrace in being No. 3 in that trio.

Something did go wrong in Anaheim.

The Rangers finally figured out they're big market.
