He's coming home for Xmas break from university and his flight from Halifax to Ottawa (he was making a detour to see his g/f) gets re-routed to Washington.

I bet he'd like nothing better than a beer right now.

PS, he's legal to drink in both countries.

He was supposed to get to Ottawa, then take the train to Kingston (about 2 hours or so).

His g/f's family live out in the middle of the country.

They're pretty much snowed in so no one can actually pick him up from the train station if he actually gets in today.

He's now on the train from Ottawa to Kingston. Talked to the g/f earlier. Her family and their neighbour managed to get their driveway ploughed out so she's going to pick him up.

Only 8 hours late.

Because they couldn't land in Ottawa (see my first post) and they re-routed the flight to Washington.
