This was easier than "Where do you live" but I'm sure I missed "in a relationship with a furry barnyard animal" option.

If you're gay ... does that fall into "Male, other"

(Not that there's anything wrong with that).

You could be gay and be in a long term relationship.

I didn't want to bring Yawn into the poll.

What about "married, but willing to give himself to Mikey to end the drought"

We could add that as a category. :)

Jusr so ya know, JR, you can get the male/female ratio on the stats page. It's about a 9 to 1 sausage fest ratio on gender

Not sure if this is SportsJournalists.com or Georgia Tech.

Sorry, Captain, I rarely look at the stats page.

Don't get the Georgia Tech reference, though.

similar ratio -- men to women.

If you ever come down to Atlanta, we're going to Athens for drinks....

Damn, I almost got tricked into clicking 'permanently celibate' but then I remembered I'm trying that whole 'optimism' thing ...

Flash,

You keep reaching for the stars.

Married 22 years in April

Isn't that the same thing as permanently celibate?

I just realized I'll be married five years next month. I need to start thinking about an anniversary gift ...

Not if you remember to bring the Astroglide on date night.

This is pathetic....

I'm 36 and I first got married when I was 20. So between two marriages, I've spent 14 of my 18 years of adulthood married.

And I'm alone, drinking Chardonnay and playing Madden '08 tonight. WTF?
