WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court says foreign terrorism suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts.

I agree with Scalia. I think we suspend the constitution whenever it appears things may be getting dicey.

I mean, if we arrested everyone who looks a little sketchy, think of all the crimes we'd prevent!

I hope you're not getting this snippy over a quote in a news report. Read the opinion & then attack the logic. And it doesn't say that wars should be easy, but it also doesn't say that it applies to non-citizens. Again, I think you should read what they write before saying that the isolated quotes don't make an entire argument.
