Royals to the NL?

Sure, they've always been AL and feel the fans want to stay in the AL, but rivalries with St. Louis and the Cubs -- not to mention all the fans they would bring in for each of those series -- would have been worth a serious look.

Part of the reason the Royals-Cards rivalry works at all is BECAUSE they're in opposite leagues, and therefore don't play each other more than two series a season.

Royals had their chance 10 years ago to move to the NL. Turned it down ... hence the Brewers went.

Can't believe there is any truth the Brewers would want to move back to the AL, especially considering the budding rivalries with the Cubs and Cardinals and still get to play the Twins in a home-and-home each year.
