Was it him or his brother? Not a fan, but I found it interesting that he and his brother treated the stage persona as something either of them could step into. The only other time I'd heard or read about that was Groucho's account of Zeppo occasionally filling in for one of his older brothers.

There was the classic interview with Marc Maron too. where he was angry about being called out as a bigot and a homophobe.

Listened to the Maron interview last night. Sad to hear how bitter Gallagher was in spite of what was a pretty successful career.

Maron shoulders a lot of the blame on this, which is pretty generous of him, but Gallagher was bellicose from the beginning. Reason wasn't going to work. Still, I get why this interview is sort of a turning point for him in terms of seeing how he was probably still learning to keep control of the conversation.
