As a Dolphins fan, I'm flipping the finger to the ownership who keeps running out the same slightly above mediocre product year after year after year after year......

i'm sure rex was egged on by some mornoic dolphan with enough beer in him to yell at ryan, but this is still b.s. behavior from the hc of the nyj. truth be told, he's kinda been asking for it -- and it's hard to believe this will be the last of his off-field "incidents." :o ::) ;)

Big deal.

It's hilarious.

I wish he were the Dolphins' coach.

I'll second that, though I'd settle for trading Mark Sanchez for Chad Henne.

No ****ing way

Really?

You'd rather have Henne than Sanchez?

One is mediocre, maybe a little better, the other at least has the looks of a future star.

I'm not sure why you wouldn't want that trade tomorrow.

I've seen Henne make all the throws with utterly inferior receivers.

The diminutive Sanchez is a rich-man's Shaun King, to me.

Yeah, but Sanchez, to me at least, seems to have some of those intangible leadership qualities of the great ones and as much as I think Chad Henne is an upgrade over the **** we've had to watch since Marino, I just don't know how high his ceiling is.

I'm sorry, but Mark Sanchez doesn't "push" the ball out of his hands like Shaun King, nor did Shaun ever have Mark's ability.

Zag...why would you still be a fan of an organization that had the greatest QB of all time and the best RB that ever played behind him was a former UPS worker?

I suppose I must have a sick desire to torture myself.

But hey, Parcells is changing things for those of us who are Dolphins fans...Instead of being a 10-6 team that misses the playoffs like the Wanny era, the Dolphins are now a 7-9 team that misses the playoffs..... ::)

I always thought that Tony Nathan was pretty good back - avg almost 5 yards a carry.

Too bad David Overstreet got in the car wreck. He might have been that back.

I don't know. Tony was at the tail end of his career when he played with Dan. I'd put Bernie Parmelee over any of the backs Marino played with. As a Jets fan, I shouldn't particularly care, but as a football fan, something always bothered me about the quality of player the Dolphin organization put behind Dan Marino.

Felt same way as a Jet fan and football fan.
Bernie Parmelee bothered me because he always burnt the Jets.
Perfect name for a Dolphin. Sounded like some guy who drove down from Boca to play .

Zag, you don't really think the Jets would want to give away Mark Sanchez for Chad Henne, do you?

Just another example of the Jets or their fans not traveling well.

Not with what they invested in Sanchez. But Henne is clearly the batter player.
