How can I cut out a photo? I need to crop around a photo so just the image shows up. I have paint, publisher and picture manager? Help?

You can do a cutout using Photoshop.

The best way is to make a path in Photoshop, but if you don't have access to that, a workaround might be to draw a frame that's the exact size and shape of what you want to cut out, using a freehand drawing tool.
