This game is now the fifth highest scoring game in league history........

Kinda interesting that the Nuggets have 3 of the 5 highest scoring games, but only one of those games came under General Westhead and that offense.

Number 1 on the list........12/13/83......Detroit 186, Denver 184, 3 OT.....370 freakin points.

Lawrence Frank took full blame for the loss, saying it was ridiculous for him to have Vince Carter in there late in regulation to get his sixth foul.

Pretty stand-up stance, one I'm sure his players appreciated.

"I just totally screwed the team," Frank said. "Those guys busted their humps. That is just as bad coaching as you could do at the end of the game. That's horrible."

"Having Vince in the game was asinine," Frank said. "That was a coaching loss. Write it. That's the right thing. I screwed the team. It was horrible.
"I shouldn't have had him in the game. That was just a dumb decision. With five fouls, it was just damn stupid. That was dumb coaching."

"Right now, I'm just so damn disappointed in my performance. ... My game recognition was horrible."

How could you tell Lawrence Frank was standing up?

Hey-o!

Interesting comparison:

Two overtime games in the NBA last night
Kings-Heat...end of regulation, 85-85, Final score 93-91
Nets-Suns...end of regulation, 133-133. End of THIRD QUARTER 92-90
