The New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, a 9,800-circulation, six-day-a-week newspaper in the Hill Country of Texas, is looking for freelance reporters to cover a football beat for Marion or Navarro High Schools. The position is on a contract basis and could include more work after football season. I need a reporter who will commit to a full season schedule. Experience is preferred, and meeting tight deadlines is a must, but will work with those who can learn quickly.
