That suit -- or one of its successors -- established a time limit on victimhood. I don't know the mechanics, but I am pretty sure that if you give standing to everybody who ever played, you're going to kill college sports for a lot of people going forward.

That's what I told my friend who called me about this today. Does it open the door for everybody who ever played college sports??

Its all kind of nutty. When to descendent of black players sue the SEC and ACC for lack of opportunities before the 1970s? You can't sue someone because they didn't have a crystal ball and see the future.
