Now see, 20 years ago this would have been considered cute and the teacher a great guy.

There was no kiss, no removing of the garter, nothing that would imply anything but fun.

I don't think there was any intent other than making a little girl's day. But in today's society, you can't even high-five a student without your career being ruined.
