I don't want to knock it because she's doing something.
But if I win, I start an editorial venture that will allow experienced journalists to earn a living wage, at least for a couple years till the money runs out. I'm not going to give it to somebody else to spend or use it to endow something small. I'd be shooting for something groundbreaking, giving it our best shot until we can't afford to do it. If it works, great. If it doesn't work, you still give some jouralists, including me, the best couple years of their careers.
